Bulgaria introduces SAF-T reporting into its legislation

In issue 26 of 27.03.2025 of the State Gazette (extraordinary), changes to the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code (TSSPC) were promulgated, which introduce mandatory SAF-T reporting in Bulgaria.
