Ciela Publishing House publishes a collection of all Bulgarian double taxation agreements (DTAs) with the assistance of CMS Cameron McKenna. For the first time, all active DTAs, together with their protocols, have been collected in one book. Every practitioner who has touched on this subject has felt the lack of such a publication until now.
Alexander Stefanov is a co-author of the comments to the collection together with Iskra Slavcheva, Director of the “SIDDO” Directorate at the Central Office of the NRA.
