Naiden Kostadinov is joining TAX COMPASS as Managing Partner, effective July 2026. He will lead the development of the firm’s financial reporting and accounting advisory, SAF-T, audit readiness and support and transaction advisory services.

Naiden Kostadinov has 25 years’ professional experience at EY Bulgaria, including 10 years as an equity partner. He served as Tax Service Line Leader for the EY South Business Unit, covering Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo and Moldova. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ACCA, with extensive experience advising leading Bulgarian and international companies and managing multidisciplinary teams.

“I am joining TAX COMPASS to work more closely with clients and support them directly in addressing their specific business challenges. Aleksandar Stefanov and I share the same professional values and a commitment to personalised client service. Our flexible advisory model allows us to combine different areas of expertise and provide coordinated support from diagnosing a problem through to implementing a practical solution,” said Naiden Kostadinov.

“Preparing for SAF-T is not simply a technology project. It requires reliable accounting data, well-organised internal control processes and clearly defined responsibilities,” he added.

In his new role, Naiden Kostadinov will lead the development of TAX COMPASS’s financial reporting, accounting advisory, SAF-T, audit readiness and support practices. The firm will also expand its transaction advisory services.

“Clients increasingly need integrated solutions that address tax and accounting considerations together with the sector-specific characteristics of their businesses. Naiden’s experience enables us to broaden our services while retaining the personalised approach and flexibility on which we have built TAX COMPASS,” said Aleksandar Stefanov, founder and Managing Partner of TAX COMPASS.
