Representation Before Tax Authorities During Audits and Inspections

We perform a comprehensive review of all requests for information and documentation issued by the tax authorities. Together with the client, we discuss potential defence strategies and the most appropriate way to respond. We also draft and review the response, including all required attachments, and when necessary, participate in meetings with the tax authorities – either alongside the client or as their authorized representative.
